Cancellation Policy and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Opranic AB, Box 2548, 116 74 Stockholm, Sweden, Tel: +46 8 559 203 60, Email: kontakt@opranic.se) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For faster processing, we recommend using the Online Withdrawal Form.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

Care of Goods: Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

Freight Costs: Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

Conditions for Effective Withdrawal: Please note that the above points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Specific Provisions for Germany

In accordance with § 355 BGB, the following specific provisions apply to customers in Germany:
