INSTALLATION

MY HEATER DOES NOT START OR SHOWS ERROR CODE!

If the display on the heater shows “ER” when connected to electricity, this may indicate that the electronic tilt switch is activated. Please follow these steps to disable the tilt switch:

Ensure the heater is positioned with the LCD facing upwards or angled up to 90° to the right or left. It should not be facing downwards.
While turning on the power to the unit or plugging it into an outlet, press “T-” followed immediately by “T+”. The display should then show “OF” or “ON”—where “OF” means the tip protection is deactivated, and “ON” means it is activated.
Select “OF” to disable the electronic tilt switch.

With the tilt switch disabled, the heater can function in any orientation and may be mounted on a wall or ceiling.

Note: The heater cannot be placed on a stand when the tilt switch is disabled, for safety reasons.

The heater will now work in any mounting direction and can only be mounted on the wall or ceiling.

NOTE! The heater can not be amounted on a stand when the tilt switch is disabled due to safety reasons.

ARE OPRANIC HEATER WIND RESISTANT

Theoretically, you will always have the same level of radiation heat on your skin no matter of the surrounding temperature. However, the cooling effect due to low temperatures and air movements cools the skin and to compensate that you need to supply more energy (heat).

Opranic heaters convert 96% of the energy to radiation heat, so Opranic heaters are very efficient, the highest wind resistance of any outdoor heaters on the market due to the unique technology of radiation that also has a very high absorption level for human skin.

For an isolated indoor room, a 2300W heater is well enough to heat 23 square meters. However, for an outdoor environment when you have no isolation and the energy is consumed by the constant air movements, a 2300W heater covers approximately a 13 square meter area.

Please see our heat coverage images and guides in the sidebar to the right.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us!

IS THERE A STAND FOR THE HEATER?

No, we do not offer a stand for the wallmounted heaters due to safety regulations. Mounting a wallmounted heater on a stand can violate legal regulations and cause serious risks. Wallmounted heaters are designed to be installed on walls and meet specific safety and performance standards for that configuration.

If you require a portable heating solution, we recommend our THOR or STAR series heaters. These models are specifically designed to be portable and comply with the necessary safety regulations for portable infrared heaters. They provide safe and efficient heating while meeting all required standards.
