The Opranic A70R quiet pedestal fan creates a cooling breeze indoors and outdoors in dry weather. Its circular head directs a focused airstream. Choose a steady airflow, a varying breeze or a timed session before bed.

Two heights to suit your space

With its slim pedestal and circular head, the A70R is available in Anthracite, White and Black.

At full height, the A70R stands approximately 115 cm tall for use on the floor. Remove the pedestal pole and connect the fan body directly to the base to reduce the height to approximately 70 cm, suitable for use beside a desk or on a sideboard.

Brushless DC motor and precise speed control

The electronically controlled motor lets you fine-tune the airflow. Choose a low speed when the fan is close by, or increase it for a stronger breeze or to reach a seat further away.

The fan uses up to 25 W, depending on the speed and functions selected. It runs on low-voltage DC, supplied by the included mains adaptor or a compatible external power source.

Three-dimensional oscillation

Use the oscillation control to select body movement, head movement or both together. Press it again to stop oscillation and keep the airflow directed at one spot.

Body movement sweeps the airflow from side to side, while head movement changes its direction around the room. Use both together to distribute air across a seating area. Leave enough space for the full range of movement and keep curtains and loose furnishings away from the grille.

Normal, nature and sleep modes

Normal mode maintains your chosen speed for consistent airflow.

Nature mode varies the speed to create a breeze that rises and falls.

Sleep mode varies the speed in waves, with the strongest airflow gradually becoming gentler over time. The fan may become more audible as it speeds up and quieter as it slows down. For a steady, gentle airflow throughout the night, select a low speed in normal mode.

Control from your seat

The touch panel and supplied remote control offer the same functions: power, speed, oscillation, mode, timer and ioniser. Use the remote from your seat, or the touch panel on the fan.

The switch-off timer stops the fan after the time you select and works independently of sleep mode. When you set the timer, the display briefly alternates between the selected speed and timer setting.

Switchable ionisation

The built-in ioniser releases negative ions when switched on and operates only while the fan is running. It has its own on/off control, so you can use all airflow functions with ionisation switched off.

Placement indoors and outdoors

In a bedroom, start with a gentle airflow directed above the mattress. In a living room, use combined oscillation to spread the breeze across the seating area. Beside a desk, angle the airflow to avoid disturbing papers and loose items.

On a patio or balcony, or in the garden, use a compatible power bank in dry conditions and bring the fan indoors after use. The A70R is also suitable for shops and waiting areas.

Use a firm, level surface with at least 50 cm of free space around the fan. When using the fan at desk height, make sure the entire base rests on the supporting surface.

Assembly and care

Disconnect the power before assembling or cleaning the fan, and wait for the blades to stop before cleaning. Follow the assembly, grille removal, cleaning and storage instructions in the user manual. Contact Opranic or your retailer for electrical repairs or internal servicing.

Five-year warranty and support

The five-year warranty covers the motor, electronics, remote control and mains adaptor under normal use. It applies to all listed colour and plug variants, including business purchases.
