If we cannot reach an agreement, you may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se. ARN will consider the dispute if its eligibility requirements are met. Opranic AB follows ARN’s recommendations.
