The Opranic P7 is a glass panel heater that brings silent warmth to living rooms, bedrooms, offices and bathrooms.

No fan, no draught, no dry air. Just warm surfaces.
Our guides explain how many watts a room needs, where a panel should sit and what the energy label means in practice.

The Opranic P7 is a glass panel heater with a clean, calm look. The toughened safety glass front sits in a slim metal frame, and the panel is 2.5 cm deep, so it stays close to the wall.
Behind the glass, 2 cm of insulation and an aluminium reflector direct the warmth into the room. The heating elements reach towards the edges, so the whole surface gives off even warmth.
Guide values for an insulated room with a 2.4 m ceiling, at around 100 W per square metre. Older buildings, large windows and higher ceilings need more.

60 × 60 cm, in white or black. For a bathroom, a home office or a small bedroom.

90 × 60 cm, in black. For a bedroom or a kitchen.

120 × 60 cm, in black. For a living room, or several panels in a larger room.
The P7 needs an external room thermostat, sold separately. The plug-in thermostat OT50 sits between the socket and the panel. Mount the P7 on the wall, horizontally or vertically, with the supplied locking bracket. The installed depth is about 5 cm including the bracket.
The P7 900 at full output, with electricity at €0.38 per kWh. The P7 450 costs about €0.17 and the P7 700 about €0.27 per hour. The thermostat switches the panel off once the room is warm, so the real cost depends on the room and on the hours you heat.
Toughened safety glass is considerably stronger than ordinary glass of the same thickness. It spreads the heat evenly across the surface and keeps its finish over time. Once the panel has cooled, you wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
The P7 is rated IP44, which means protection against splashing water. Mount it outside the splash zone and follow the manual and the electrical installation rules that apply where you live. Read the bathroom guide.
The P7 450 comes in white or black. The P7 700 and the P7 900 come in black. All three have the same slim metal frame and the same depth of 2.5 cm.
The P7 is made for wall mounting only, because the glass front adds weight. For the ceiling or for freestanding use on feet, choose the P5 metal panel.
At full output the P7 450 uses 0.45 kWh in an hour, the P7 700 uses 0.7 kWh and the P7 900 uses 0.9 kWh. The panel turns about 98% of the electricity into heat. That figure describes the conversion and is no promise of a lower bill. See the running cost guide.
Keep combustible materials at least 30 cm from the front and 10 cm from the edges of the panel, and mount it at least 15 cm above the floor. Keep curtains and other textiles clear. The glass gets hot and must not be touched or covered while the panel heats. Overheating and overvoltage protection are built in.
The P7 in the size and colour you chose, the locking mounting bracket, screws and wall plugs, the fixed 1.9 m power cable with plug and the user manual. The room thermostat is an accessory and is sold separately.
The P7 comes with a five-year warranty on the panel and the heating element. It is certified by TÜV Süd and CE marked. This product is only suitable for well-insulated spaces or occasional use. Opranic has worked with infrared heating since 2009.
