Return form
Three steps from request to RMA number.
Fill in the form, we reply with an RMA number and the return address, then you ship. Photos of any damage speed up the approval. Please do not ship anything before you have the RMA number.

How it works
- 1Send the form with order number, product code and photos.
- 2We reply with an RMA number, the return address and, for transport damage, a prepaid label.
- 3Pack the product, preferably in its original box, mark the parcel with the RMA number and ship.
Transport damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Keep the packaging until the case is closed. The product code is printed on the rating label.
